The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99xq. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Using false information to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software, bots, or any automated method to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems for personal gain.
• Harassing other users or members of staff.

Users may close their account at any time upon request. Contacting our support team will result in the account being closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
